Job Description:

Our Client is seeking an Operational Support Agent who will be responsible for managing client relationships with vendors and board members, facilitating smooth operations, providing customer service, and contributing to marketing efforts.

 

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and board members.

• Support operational processes and ensure efficient workflow.

• Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries promptly.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in marketing initiatives.

• Utilize Slack for communication and coordination.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer service or operational support roles.

• Familiarity with client-facing interactions.

• Basic understanding of marketing principles and practices.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Experience using Slack for team communication.

 

Personality:

• Proactive and detail-oriented.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Slack for communication and coordination.

 

English Level:

C1, C2, Native

 

Schedule:

10 am to 2 pm EST
