Availability:

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM PST

• Flexibility: Full-time; potential for adjustments based on project needs

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute engaging email marketing campaigns targeting customers and potential leads

• Optimize email marketing performance by leveraging automation tools and segmentation strategies

• Monitor campaign metrics and provide data-driven insights to refine strategies

• Ensure all campaigns comply with branding standards and data protection regulations

• Manage email lists, segment audiences effectively, and implement lead nurturing workflows

• Leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency in campaign creation and performance analysis

 

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in email marketing or a related role

• Tools: Proficiency in Klaviyo and Constant Contact

• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of email marketing automation, campaign analytics, and customer segmentation

• Language Skills: C1-level English proficiency (written and verbal communication)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Work Style: Self-reliant and quick learner, able to deliver high-quality work with minimal training

• Innovation: Ability to use AI tools to enhance campaign performance and optimize workflow

• Experience: Familiarity with small business or startup environments and growth-oriented teams
