Job Title: Alliances Manager

Our Client is a partner in enterprise digital transformation, delivering innovative cloud, business, ERP, and people-centric solutions. This role involves identifying, building, and nurturing strategic technology partnerships that drive significant indirect revenue growth and expand market reach.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and establish new strategic technology partnerships aligned with Our Client's services and growth objectives.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations, ensuring mutual success.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to define joint value propositions and develop go-to-market strategies.
  • Drive indirect revenue growth through partner-sourced opportunities, managing a joint pipeline with partners.
  • Develop and deliver enablement programs for partner sales and technical teams to effectively position and implement solutions.
  • Establish KPIs for each partnership, monitor performance, conduct QBRs, and identify optimization areas.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements to ensure mutual benefits and alignment with company policies.
  • Serve as the central contact for partnership-related activities, ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams.

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Alliances, Partner Management, Business Development, or a similar role in the enterprise technology services or SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of identifying, building, and scaling strategic technology partnerships that drive measurable revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the technology partner ecosystem, including cloud platforms and system integrators.
  • Solid grasp of enterprise cloud technologies related to business platforms, HR, and digital transformation.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience developing and executing joint go-to-market plans with technology partners.
  • Prior experience in a fast-growing startup or dynamic technology environment.
  • Certifications in relevant cloud platforms or enterprise applications.

Personality

  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple complex partnerships.
