Job Description:
Our Client is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive product innovation, enhance customer retention, and launch new products within the direct-to-consumer (DTC) men’s grooming industry. This role is ideal for an analytical, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, corporate environment and is committed to delivering high-quality results.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM Central Time (including a paid lunch break)
- Availability to travel to the US 1-3 times per year for up to one week (expenses covered).
Responsibilities of the role:
- Analyze customer feedback, reviews, refunds, and purchasing behavior to identify product improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with Customer Happiness, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to prioritize and implement critical product improvements.
- Develop and execute cost-effective experiments for product enhancements including formulas, packaging, and user experience.
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
- Lead the launch of three new products over the next 24 months, aligning with customer retention and revenue growth goals.
- Maintain a product roadmap that reflects the company’s strategic objectives.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years in Product Management, ideally within DTC, eCommerce, or Consumer Goods.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Deep customer empathy and commitment to delivering superior user experiences.
- Proven track record of driving product improvements and successful product launches.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with product lifecycle management, market research, and customer needs analysis.
- Proficiency in project management tools and data-driven decision making.
Minimum level of English required:
- C2 level English proficiency.
