Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a versatile IT Generalist who can manage a variety of IT needs and ensure seamless operation of all technical aspects. This role is essential for maintaining smooth and efficient IT processes across the organization.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist users with password and access issues.

• Provide support for software used by the company.

• Familiarize with CRM, specifically Go High Level, to assist salespeople.

• Manage CRM tasks, including FB ads and funnels.

• Create and maintain uniform email signatures.

• Manage email accounts, including adding/removing users.

• Oversee domain management and related tasks.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience in IT support or a similar role.

• Knowledge of CRM systems, particularly Go High Level.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with FB ads and funnel management.

• Ability to create and maintain IT documentation.

• Knowledge of email and domain management.

 

Personality:

• Detail-oriented and organized.

• Proactive and able to work independently.

• Strong communication skills and a team player.

 

Software & Tools:

• CRM software (Go High Level)

• Email and domain management tools

 

English Level:

C2, Native

 

Schedule:

20 hours per week, flexible
