Job Description:

Our Client is seeking an AI Automation Specialist to design, build, and optimize AI-driven systems and automations. This role is suited for individuals with technical automation skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for developing scalable systems using AI tools, CRMs, APIs, and workflow platforms.

 

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain AI-powered workflows and automations.

• Develop AI assistants and operational tools for client businesses.

• Create integrations between CRMs, APIs, and third-party platforms.

• Configure and optimize systems in HubSpot and GoHighLevel.

• Build automation workflows using Zapier, Make, and AI development tools.

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Support ongoing client implementations and internal process improvements.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience with AI automation and workflow tools.

• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and automation logic.

• Familiarity with HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zapier, or Make.

• Ability to work independently and solve technical challenges.

• Strong English communication skills.

• Experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code or similar platforms.

 

Preferred Skills:

• CRM implementation experience.

• Custom API integration experience.

• Knowledge of sales and marketing operations.

• Experience building AI agents or multi-step AI workflows.

 

Personality:

• A proactive builder who understands both automation systems and AI tools.

• Ability to create efficient, scalable solutions that improve business operations and client experiences.
