Job Description:

Our client is looking for a proactive and results-driven Full-Cycle Sales Representative to manage the entire sales process—from initial outreach and follow-up to meetings and closing deals. This is a remote, full-time position that requires availability during EST business hours. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using Go High Level, possess excellent English communication skills, and be ready to start immediately.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outreach to potential leads using digital channels.
  • Follow up consistently to build rapport and nurture prospects.
  • Schedule and attend meetings or demos with clients.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and close deals directly.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and interactions in the CRM.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to align lead-generation efforts.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in full-cycle sales: outreach, scheduling, presenting, and closing.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Experience working in a remote role aligned to EST time zone.
  • Familiarity with Go High Level or similar CRM/sales automation platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B sales or SaaS-related services.
  • Comfort with high-volume outreach strategies.
  • Familiarity with modern sales methodologies and digital selling techniques.

 

Personality:

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Persuasive and confident communicator.
  • Persistent and not afraid to follow up multiple times.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

 

Software & Tools:

  • Go High Level
  • Online communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet)
  • CRM and email outreach platforms

C2

 

Schedule:

9-5 EST
