Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer
Job Description:
We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for testing both mobile applications (Android & iOS) and web platforms, ensuring our product is high-quality and free of defects. Your primary focus will be mobile app testing, identifying bugs, edge cases, and UI inconsistencies, and conducting regression testing post-fix implementation.

Our platform simplifies operations, enhances fundraising efforts, and fosters stronger donor relationships through automation and actionable insights.
Work Schedule:
- Part-Time: 15-20 hours per week
- Flexible Hours: Preferred availability between 6 AM - 1 PM PST (work can also be completed on weekends)
Responsibilities of the role:
- Execute comprehensive testing across mobile (Android & iOS) and web platforms
- Identify and report bugs, UI inconsistencies, and performance issues
- Perform regression testing to ensure previous functionalities remain intact
- Compare UI elements to Figma designs to detect inconsistencies
- Document issues and track progress using Jira
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to prioritize and resolve bugs
- Test across multiple devices (latest iPhone and Android models preferred)
- Assist with project management tasks, such as prioritizing fixes and improving team communication
- Work within an Agile development environment
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional experience as a QA Engineer
- Experience testing both mobile applications (Android & iOS) and web platforms
- Strong knowledge of Jira for tracking bugs and managing test cases
- Ability to conduct manual testing and document detailed bug reports
- Familiarity with regression testing methodologies
- Highly organized with a keen eye for UI/UX inconsistencies
- Previous experience working in an Agile development environment
Language Requirements:
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Sauce Labs is a plus
- Basic project management experience to help prioritize issues and communicate with developers
