Job Title: Business Development Representative (BDR)

 

Position Description:

Our Client is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their expanding remote team. This role involves managing outreach efforts, nurturing leads, and assisting in various administrative tasks to support business growth. Availability:

● Initial schedule: 30 hours per week, 10 AM – 5 PM EST (including a 30-minute unpaid break)

● Transition schedule: After 30 days, 40 hours per week, 9 AM – 5 PM EST (including a 30-minute unpaid break)

● Consistent availability during the company’s busy season from January through mid-December is required.

 

Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct outbound calls to warm leads (B2B focus)

● Perform research to identify potential prospects and business opportunities

● Manage and update CRM systems (Go High Level)

● Handle administrative tasks (e.g., managing ClickUp tasks, following up with leads)

● Collaborate with internal teams using Slack and project management tools

● Track daily and weekly performance metrics

● Ensure accurate documentation of interactions with prospects in the CRM

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

● Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development roles

● Experience working in B2B environments

● Proficiency in using CRM systems and project management tools

 

● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 

Language Requirements:

● Native-level proficiency in English (C2 level)

 

Preferred Skills:

● Familiarity with Go High Level CRMClickUpSales Call AI DialerGoogle Suite, and Slack (preferred but not mandatory)

● Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving

● Ability to work independently and think analytically

● Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude

● Experience in remote work environments

 

Training and Onboarding:

You will receive thorough training during the initial two weeks, including access to comprehensive SOPs, training videos, and one-on-one support from a team lead. Our goal is to ensure that you are well-equipped to succeed in your role.

 

Compensation:

● Salary paid in USD or local currency according to your preference

● Unpaid federal holidays

● 10 days of PTO after the first anniversary

● Unlimited unpaid sick leave with a doctor’s note submission

● Bi-weekly payment schedule

 

Company Policies:

● The role includes a two-week training period with access to detailed SOPs and training videos.

● Applicants must demonstrate reliability and availability during the company's busy season (January through mid-December).

● Initial contract: 30 hours per week with potential to increase to 40 hours based on performance after 30 days.

● Unpaid leave can be coordinated if necessary.
