Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Full-Time Virtual Assistant to support our client with general administrative tasks, focusing on assisting during interviews and client-facing calls. This role requires excellent English communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and confidence in live meetings.

 

Responsibilities:

• Attend live interviews and client calls to provide real-time support.

• Take accurate notes during interviews and summarize key points.

• Assist interviewers with scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination.

• Manage calendars, inboxes, and appointment scheduling.

• Prepare documents, agendas, and interview-related materials.

• Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry and file organization.

• Track interview progress and maintain organized records.

• Communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Support day-to-day operational and administrative needs as required.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Native-level English proficiency (spoken and written).

• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.

• Strong communication and note-taking skills.

• Experience participating in or supporting virtual meetings and interviews.

• High level of organization and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.

• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience supporting interviews, recruitment, or client calls.

• Familiarity with remote work environments and distributed teams.

• Strong time management and prioritization skills.

• Ability to remain calm and professional in live conversations.

• Experience working across different time zones.
