Our client is a U.S.-based company specializing in premium outdoor construction, offering high-quality decking, waterproofing, and railing solutions. They serve residential and commercial customers across the West Coast, focusing on durability, aesthetics, and expert craftsmanship.

 

Job Description:

Our client is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive lead generation and support the sales process from outreach to closing assistance. This is a full-time remote role for someone based in Latin America or similar time zones, who is proactive, organized, and hungry to learn and grow in sales. The ideal candidate is a go-getter who doesn’t shy away from making contact, can communicate clearly regardless of accent, and is passionate about working hard to hit targets.

 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound outreach to generate qualified leads (calls, emails, LinkedIn)

• Assist in proposal generation and follow-ups with potential clients

• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems throughout the sales cycle

• Support the full sales process, including scheduling and coordination

• Work closely with estimators and operations to keep deals moving forward

• Hit weekly and monthly KPIs related to outreach and lead engagement

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, business development, or lead generation

• Excellent spoken and written English communication

• Comfortable communicating with English-speaking clients regardless of accent

• Hands-on experience using CRM platforms

• Familiarity with outbound outreach processes

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in construction, home improvement, or service-based B2B sales

• Understanding of sales workflows and pipeline management

• Ability to prepare or assist with basic proposals or quotes

• Familiarity with digital outreach tools (Apollo, LinkedIn, etc.)

 

Personality:

• Motivated, hard-working, and eager to improve

• Not easily discouraged and takes initiative

• Strong communicator, with a high cultural awareness and positive attitude

• Organized and committed to maintaining high productivity

 

Software & Tools:

• CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)

• Google Workspace

• Outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)

 

English Level:

C1

 

Schedule:

9-5 PST

 

Compensation & Benefits:

Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference
