Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Developer with strong consulting and communication skills. This is a strategic, client-facing role requiring technical fluency in AI tools and architectures. The ideal candidate will engage with clients, understand their business needs, and represent our AI capabilities credibly and professionally.

 

Responsibilities:

Serve as a technical consultant in developing and implementing custom AI agents for clients in various industries.

Act as a bridge between clients and development teams, translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Engage in pre-sales discussions to help clients understand AI tools' possibilities and limitations.

Review client data structures and recommend best AI models or RAG architectures.

Evaluate and recommend tech stacks based on client goals and security preferences.

Participate in internal engineering discussions to shape solution architecture.

Present technical demos, proposals, and capabilities to executives and decision-makers.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

5+ years of development experience, preferably with exposure to AI tools, Python, APIs, and cloud environments.

Proven experience working with AI LLMs such as OpenAI, Gemini, or LLaMA.

Understanding of RAG pipelines, vector databases, and AI infrastructure.

Previous experience in consulting, technical pre-sales, or client-facing roles.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (fluent or close to native).

Portfolio of work (GitHub, HuggingFace, etc.) or examples of past AI projects.

 

Preferred Skills:

Experience with tools like Hugging Face, Langchain, Perplexity, or similar.

Background in building AI-powered products or internal tools.

Understanding of data privacy standards, especially in sectors like healthcare or fintech.

A proactive and strategic mindset.

Ability to adapt to changing client needs and technological advancements.
