Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and provide administrative support in a medical environment. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

 

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

• Answer and route phone calls, emails, and messages promptly.

• Schedule appointments and manage calendars for medical staff.

• Maintain accurate records and update patient information as needed.

• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Fluent (C2) level English communication skills — both written and spoken.

• Prior experience in administrative or front-desk roles.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).

• Availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in the medical field or healthcare administration (not required but considered a plus).

• Familiarity with scheduling software and electronic medical record systems.

 

Personality:

• Friendly, patient, and service-oriented.

• Dependable and proactive in solving problems.

• Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail.

• Team player with a positive attitude and adaptability.

 

Software & Tools:

• Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.

• Appointment or scheduling software.

• CRM or patient management systems.

 

English Level:

C2, Native

 

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST
