Job Description:

Our client is seeking a motivated Appointment Setter who will be responsible for making calls, engaging in conversations, and scheduling appointments with potential clients. This role is crucial to growing the business in the real estate sector, specifically targeting Spanish-speaking customers and international investors in Florida.

 

Responsibilities:

Make a minimum number of calls daily.

Conduct conversations with potential clients.

Schedule appointments for property presentations.

Follow up with clients to ensure continued engagement.

Help qualify leads for potential buyers.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Experience in sales or appointment setting.

Familiarity with CRM software.

Proficiency in Spanish is mandatory; English is a plus.

Ability to meet daily and weekly goals for calls, conversations, and appointments.

 

Preferred Skills:

Strong communication and objection handling skills.

Ability to work with a sense of urgency and aggression in a sales role.

Previous experience in real estate or related fields is advantageous.

 

Personality:

Energetic and highly motivated individuals are preferred.

Candidates should be empathetic and able to connect with clients on a personal level.

Seeking individuals with a ‘shark’ mentality who are ambitious and eager to close deals.
