Job Description:

The Technical Project Manager will oversee internal project execution and workflow oversight. This role involves managing operational workflows, tracking project milestones, and ensuring smooth onboarding and hiring processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining client documentation and providing executive support to senior leadership.

 

Responsibilities:

Own the execution of internal projects using ClickUp (or Trello, as needed).

Drive end-to-end visibility, update milestones, and track dependencies.

Surface blockers to the COO for resolution.

Use ClickUp/Trello dashboards to identify stalled work and ensure timely follow-up with team members.

Manage hiring logistics from candidate intake to onboarding.

Serve as the primary owner of client-facing file structures within Google Drive.

Act as Chief of Staff to the CEO and COO, managing daily priorities and supporting strategic planning.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Proven experience in project management, preferably in a technical environment.

Strong knowledge of hiring logistics and onboarding processes.

Excellent organizational, communication, and task management skills.

 

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in GoHighLevel (GHL) for workflow automation.

Experience with ClickUp, Slack, and Google Workspace.

 

Personality:

Detail-oriented and proactive with a strong sense of accountability.

A collaborative team player who can communicate effectively across various levels of the organization.

Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
