Our client is a youth soccer club looking to enhance their online presence and community engagement through digital marketing strategies. They operate primarily in Miami with a strong focus on local outreach, parent engagement, and promotional events.
Job Description:
Our client is seeking a part-time PPC Specialist to manage and optimize all paid advertising campaigns within Meta Business Suite. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in planning, launching, monitoring, and reporting on Meta ad campaigns with a focus on community events, registration campaigns, and seasonal promotions. This role will work closely with the internal team to align advertising efforts with club goals.
Responsibilities:
• Plan, create, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns through Meta Business Suite.
• Define audiences and optimize targeting strategies based on engagement and conversion goals.
• Track campaign performance and deliver clear, data-driven reports.
• Adjust strategies based on key performance metrics and feedback.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Support seasonal and event-based advertising initiatives (e.g., spring break and summer camps).
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience managing PPC campaigns in Meta Business Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to work with KPIs and deliver performance reports.
• Strong understanding of ad budgeting, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques.
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of soccer and familiarity with youth sports contexts.
• Understanding of community-based marketing approaches.
• Strong planning and organizational skills, especially for seasonal campaigns.
Personality:
• Proactive and adaptable, comfortable in a small team environment.
• Data-driven mindset with a creative edge.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and high-quality output.
Software & Tools:

Schedule:
Flexible, 10–20 hours per week during business hours (9–5 EST).
