Job Description:

The Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional support in insurance customer service and quoting. This role is vital for assisting clients with billing inquiries and policy information, as well as gathering client data to generate proposals in a growing insurance business.

 

Responsibilities:

Handle billing and policy inquiries effectively.

Gather client information and generate insurance proposals.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Collaborate with team members to enhance service offerings.

Stay updated on insurance industry trends to provide informed assistance.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Proven experience in insurance customer service and/or quoting.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience for entry-level roles.

Insurance sales experience is mandatory.

Strong English language skills, suitable for communication in the Texas market.

 

Preferred Skills:

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with billing software or insurance databases is a plus.

 

Personality:

Confident and articulate in communication.

Receptive to feedback and willing to learn.

Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.

 

Software & Tools:

Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent tools.

 

English Level:

C2

 

Schedule:

Full-time: 9-6 CST.
