They also excel in brand activation, game shows, and creative marketing services.
Job Description:
We are looking for an Account Executive to help manage client relationships and ensure seamless project execution. The ideal candidate will be personable, highly organized, and professional in virtual settings. This role requires someone who is comfortable working independently, maintains strong follow-through, and enjoys contributing in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the client lifecycle from initial contact to project execution and follow-up.
- Coordinate and support up to 2 targeted campaigns per month.
- Maintain regular communication with assigned accounts to understand and fulfill their needs.
- Compose professional email communications and conduct virtual meetings via video.
- Keep CRM and relevant reports updated with accurate data and activity logs.
- Collaborate with the owner on direct marketing and business development initiatives through LinkedIn.
- Provide post-engagement follow-up and support to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role.
- Experience as an Account Manager in an agency is required.
- Familiarity with the events industry, advertising, modeling, or acting agencies is beneficial.
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of market research and strategic alliance building.
- Strong command of CRM tools and organizational software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Exposure to or experience in creative environments.
Personality:
- Professional and polished demeanor for client-facing video interactions.
- Enthusiastic and engaging personality.
- Proactive and detail-oriented.
- Ideally over 25 years old.

- GSuite
- Microsoft Office (basic proficiency)
- CRM platform (training provided)
English Level:
C2
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 20hs/week between 9-5pm PST. The position will start as project-based until the end of the year, with the potential to become long-term after that.

Salary and Benefits:
Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference. Possible bonuses for exceeding goals (paid monthly).
