The platform enables users to organize tasks, contracts, timelines, and payments in one place, making the entire process clear, collaborative, and easy to track from first inquiry to the wedding day.

 

Job Description:

Our Client is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative / Business Development Representative (SDR/BDR) to support sales efforts through a mix of inbound lead management and outbound prospecting. This is a part-time role (25-30 hours a week) with flexible hours between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, ideal for self-driven individuals who enjoy working independently and are looking to grow in a sales-focused position.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage and follow up with inbound leads generated each month.

• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, email outreach, and other sales channels.

• Qualify leads and assess fit based on defined criteria.

• Book meetings and demos for the sales process.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM.

• Learn and communicate product value, key pain points, and common objections.

• Collaborate with the internal team as needed and ask questions proactively.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales, SDR, or BDR roles.

• Experience with lead generation, cold calling, and outbound prospecting.

• Strong verbal and written English skills with clear, professional communication.

• Comfort working independently with minimal supervision.

• Ability to learn a product and sales process quickly.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with inbound and outbound sales funnels.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, especially HubSpot.

• Experience working with B2B or SaaS-style products.

• Ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

 

Personality:

• Self-motivated and hardworking.

• Reliable and trustworthy when managing tasks independently.

• Comfortable in a results-driven, hands-off management environment.

• Coachable and open to feedback.

 

Software & Tools:

• HubSpot CRM.

• Slack.

• Google Workspace.

 

English Level:

C2.

 

Schedule:

Approximately 25–30 hours per week. Flexible schedule within U.S. Central business hours (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CT).
