Our client is a rapidly growing B2B company that provides accounts receivable and collections services, offering comprehensive solutions to help businesses scale efficiently and achieve their growth goals.

 

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Cold Caller to join our client’s team. This role will involve making outbound calls to potential clients, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales process. The ideal candidate is motivated, capable of handling a high volume of calls, and has a strong command of English.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calling to prospective clients.
  • Qualify leads based on set criteria.
  • Use autodialler systems to optimize call efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM software.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Achieve daily call volume targets.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a cold caller or in a high-volume calling role.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and fluency in English (C2).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems for managing client interactions.
  • Ability to handle a large number of calls per day efficiently.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B sales or similar outbound roles.
  • Knowledge of using autodialler systems effectively.
  • Previous work with CRM tools is advantageous.

 

Personality:

  • Resilient and persistent, with a strong focus on results.
  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and a team player.

 

Software & Tools:

  • CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Autodialler systems.

 

English Level:

C2

9-5 pm est
