Job Description:

We are seeking a Virtual Team Member to help manage and build out websites, with a primary focus on WordPress. The ideal candidate must have significant experience with WordPress, particularly with the Nectar Block CMS, along with proficiency in Shopify and Webflow.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop websites primarily using WordPress.

• Collaborate with team members to enhance website features and user experience.

• Optimize site performance and functionality across platforms.

• Conduct regular website audits to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.

• Work during PST business hours for team meetings and coordination.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in website management and development, specifically in WordPress.

• Proficiency in Shopify and Webflow.

• Strong understanding of website optimization techniques.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Nectar Block CMS.

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and JavaScript.

• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.

 

Personality:

• Detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused approach.

• Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively.

• Adaptable to changing environments and priorities.
