What You’ll Do:

We are seeking an Intake Specialist to assist with managing client interactions and initial case assessments. The role is crucial in ensuring that inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively, guiding potential clients through the intake process.

 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments of client inquiries.

• Gather and document relevant information for case management.

• Liaise with clients to ensure understanding of services offered.

• Provide timely follow-up and communication with clients.

• Maintain accurate records and databases.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• General law experience preferred.

• Fluent in English – C2 level or native speaker.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with legal documentation and processes.

• Proficient in using case management software.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

 

Personality:

• Detail-oriented and organized.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Adaptable and able to work independently.

• Friendly and empathetic approach to client interactions.

 

Software & Tools:

• Familiarity with case management software.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

 

English Level:

C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9 AM - 5 PM EST
