Job Title: Sales Assistant

 

Position Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our client's team. In this role, you will support sales operations by engaging with leads, conducting research, and coordinating with team members to drive business growth. Comprehensive training will be provided on services, products, and pricing to set you up for success.

 

About the Company:

We are a leading provider of high-quality decking solutions, specializing in hardwood and composite installations. With over two decades of experience, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

 

Availability:

  • Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm EST

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct follow-ups with leads and clients to maintain engagement and drive conversions.

  • Research and identify potential prospects through web, social media, and other channels.

  • Initiate contact with leads via email, calls, or social media platforms.

  • Assist in documenting and organizing lead information for seamless transitions.

  • Coordinate with owners to support tasks they will eventually manage independently.

  • Participate in training to prepare for future responsibilities and process ownership.

  • Provide general administrative support to streamline sales operations.

  • Learn and apply knowledge about our products, services, and pricing to assist leads and clients effectively.

 

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English at a C1 level.

  • Previous experience in Sales or related positions.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Familiarity with sales processes and customer relationship management.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM software.

  • Knowledge of the decking or construction industry.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

 

Compensation:

  • Salary paid in USD or local currency according to your preference.

  • Commission structure available based on closed deals.

 

Company Policies:

  • Paid Time Off (PTO): 10 days after the first 90 days.

  • Paid Holidays: 6 holidays per year (January 1st, May 1st, Christmas; and 3 additional days of your choice).

  • Sick Leave: Unpaid sick leave available with a doctor's note.
