Job Description:

Our client is seeking an Assistant Virtual - Sales - Appointment Setter to support their sales team. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, setting appointments, and qualifying leads in both B2B and B2C segments.

 

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls and emails.

Qualify potential leads based on specific criteria.

Engage with decision-makers to understand their needs.

Set up meetings for the sales team.

Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Work closely with the team to enhance outreach strategies.

Achieve targets for lead generation and appointments.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

2 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (C2/Nativo level).

Ability to handle objections and maintain resilience in sales.

Experience with CRM software for tracking leads.

 

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with outbound prospecting in both B2B and B2C contexts.

Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems.

Previous experience using appointment setting tools.
