Job Title: Appointment Setter

 

Position Description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Appointment Setter / Administrative Support Specialist to manage inbound and outbound calls, track leads, and provide administrative support for a rapidly growing bath remodeling company. This is a full-time, remote opportunity for a professional with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.

Our client is a leader in premium remodeling with a large network of franchises across North America. They are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences through a combination of expertise, professionalism, and personalized service. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a supportive team committed to long-term growth and success.

 

Schedule:

  • Full-Time: 40 hours per week.

  • Core availability: 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM EST, with flexibility to handle incoming calls on weekends as needed.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Respond promptly to leads from various sources, introducing the company and scheduling meetings.

  • Outbound Calls: Make 30–40 calls daily to confirm appointments, follow up on leads, and support sales initiatives.

  • Customer Relationship Building: Engage with customers to understand their needs, handle objections with care, and establish trust.

  • CRM & Data Entry: Track lead activity in the internal CRM system. Log sales progress, follow-ups, and outcomes.

 

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Excel for tracking and reporting.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (training on internal systems provided).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Compassionate and professional approach to handling objections.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

 

Language Requirement:

  • C1 level of English proficiency.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or customer support.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content management.

  • Administrative or bookkeeping experience, especially with expense tracking and reporting.
