Our Client is a growing home improvement company that specializes in providing high-quality bath and remodeling solutions. They operate under a well-established franchise system and are focused on delivering exceptional customer service and efficient project execution across their assigned territory.

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Sales Development Representative (SDR) to manage appointment confirmations and optimize lead conversion. This role is critical in turning raw leads into confirmed appointments through proactive communication, relationship-building, and meticulous organization.

 

Responsibilities:

• Appointment Confirmation & Sales Support: Call pre-scheduled leads to confirm appointments, ensuring all decision-makers are present. Use a scripted process to address customer needs, overcome objections, and reschedule/cancel appointments as needed. Move opportunities to sooner timeframes to maximize efficiency.

• CRM Management: Update CRM systems with detailed notes, outcomes, and follow-up actions. Track lead progress and maintain accurate records.

• Lead Conversion: Make 3+ call attempts per lead across optimal times (mornings, lunch hours, evenings). Set new appointments directly when opportunities arise.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and refine scripts/processes.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 1-2 years in similar roles (experience in similar industries preferred).

 

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

 

Personality:

• Customer-oriented with a proactive approach.

• Motivated, enthusiastic, and adaptable to change.

• CRM systems.

• Microsoft Office Suite.

 

English Level:

C2

 

Schedule:

9 to 5 PST

 

Policies:

• Working hours: 40

• Commissions: No

• Expenses for licenses: NO - not required

• Expenses for equipment: NO - not required

• PTO (Paid Time Off): YES - 10 PTO after first 90 days

• Paid Holidays: 6 holidays per year (January 1st, May 1st, Christmas; and 3 free to choose).

• Sick Leave: Unpaid sick leave (with a doctor’s note).

• Paid lunch hour and Breaks: NO

 

Salary and Benefits:
